Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Assistant Managers are responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.
- Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience with developing talent, coaching, performance conversations, and progressive discipline.
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the quick service, hospitality, and customer care industry
