**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk staff to join our team, at Bensonhurst and Sunset Park offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a private medical office setting.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle billing and insurance verification processes
-Obtain authorization for procedure, testing and medication
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-maintained
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred, no prior experience would also consider
- Proficiency in using or similar electronic health record systems
- Bilingal Spanish and Chinese
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
