- Receive communication from customers when service is needed and scheduling a technician for next available visit - confirm service scheduled to customer.
- Dispatch service technicians to jobsite
- Review Preventive Maintenance due for each month and schedule with appropriate technician to complete the work - This includes contacting customers to confirm availability and scheduling.
- Create equipment in service software and create PM schedule as requested.
- Coordinate with parts department for parts availability and scheduling return visits as needed.
- Review open service work orders to identify oldest workorders that must be completed and closed
- Forecast workload for technicians
- Monitor service technician GPS
- Update customer information (as needed)
- Create excel reports for various reports
- Other miscellaneous jobs and tasks as needed from management.
- Provides suggestions in the development and implementation of procedures, objectives and goals
Job Requirements
1-3 years Dispatch/Office experience (Quickbooks and/or Dispatch experience a plus)
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft office
Leadership skills
Ability to multitask (Required)
Hours for this position will be 7:30 AM - 4:30PM - after training is completed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
