Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, provide outbound calls for potential customers. Verify loan information and perform loan origination. Must operate within the approved guidelines of policies and procedures of the program.
Duties and responsibilities*
- Follow up with outbound calls to customers regarding loans.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business owners.
- Complete applications with prospective clients and follow up on all necessary documents per client request and business profile.
- Update Company Customer Relationship Software with customer contact interactions.
- Verify new loan information and perform loan origination
- Present and sell the contract to the applicant.
- Report complaints or customer service issues to Management
- Provide follow up and solicit current accounts for reactivating their contract.
- Successfully achieve and exceed established performance goals.
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective leads.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality deliverables.
- Other reasonable job duties as assigned.
- Some weekend hours required
