A real estate investment and property management firm in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate services and properties. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market as well as experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
- Conducts market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape
- Collaborates with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manages and optimizes the company’s website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Creates and manages digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and leads
- Monitors and analyzes digital marketing performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develops engaging content for various marketing channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Designs marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Produces and edits video content for property tours, client testimonials, and promotional videos
- Ensures consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Maintains and updates brand guidelines as needed
- Enhances the company's online reputation through positive customer reviews and testimonials
- Plans and executes marketing events, open houses, and community engagement activities
- Coordinates participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Manages event logistics, including invitations, promotions, and on-site coordination
- Develops and maintains relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and strategic partners
- Collaborates with third-party vendors and agencies for specialized marketing needs
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM)
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for real estate and marketing
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
- Ability to attend community events
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to Multitask; Well organized
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication
What You Can Expect
- $50,000 - $65,000 annually, starting pay rate
- Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
