Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid/Mostly Remote - 1-2 Days onsite in a week)
Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time
This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
We are looking for Customer Service Specialist
- This position resides in the Customer Service Material Logistics (CS ML) group and is for an Order Fulfilment Specialist Professional to support the Order Administration team.
- Key contacts are customers, Field Service Engineers, Tech Support Engineers, Customer Care Center, Parts Return, and DHL Warehouse Logistics.
- The position is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries and/or requests regarding medical equipment spare parts, tools, and radioactive source order requests.
- The candidate will need to be successful at responding to incoming inquiries and requests regarding orders from internal and external customers, investigating and resolving semi-complex problems, and tracking, and expediting orders as needed.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with other teams/groups in the reconciliation of spare parts shipped.
- Candidate must be an adaptive learner, well organized, and attentive to detail.
- Also, must have an unwavering commitment to customer support and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will be customer and results-oriented, and an initiative-taker.
- The candidate must be resourceful, analytical, and adept at making decisions and multi-tasking during fast-paced and stressful situations.
- Must have excellent people skills, interact favorably with others, and be skilled at maintaining positive relationships while working to resolve problems.
- Strong computer skills are also required. Must be willing to be flexible and cover other shifts during times of staff shortages.
- On-Call rotation every 8 weeks.
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
