POSITION SUMMARY:
The Patient Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment of patients into clinical research studies at EmVenio Research.

Essential Functions:

Manage the overall patient recruitment effort for the entirety of a study start-up and recruitment lifecycle, in line with the Recruiting for a Study process

As a designated patient recruitment lead, develops and delivers the patient recruitment strategy for a study

Produces and delivers a detailed patient recruitment plan to execute the recruitment strategy for a study

Produces and manages a recruitment budget forecast for a study

Produces copy for and delivers relevant patient recruitment materials

Utilizes a range of internal and external channel partners to deliver patient recruits into a study

Engages vendors and manages deliverables

Attends internal project kick-off and regular project team meetings

Collaborates with a Global Project Manager to ensure all patient recruitment deliverables for the study are delivered on time and with the highest level of quality

Working to the agreed strategy and plan, initiates recruitment tactics for activated sites

Actively manages the patient recruitment funnel, monitoring and reacting to trends, adjusting the recruitment strategy as necessary and escalating any risks when tolerance is breached.

Delivers against the agreed study patient recruitment target

Manages the ongoing recruitment budget, producing monthly forecasts

Monitors and analyzes vendor and tactic performance

Generates relevant daily, weekly or monthly reports
- Manages reporting channels and responds to requests for data

Maintains allocated project task boards and functional work portfolio boards

At the end of recruitment, executes the closure process to deliver a controlled end to recruitment activity.

Conducts a recruitment lessons learned exercise and produces an end of study recruitment report.

Ensures that EmVenio Research approaches have a strong patient-centric component through all phases of the enrollment process.
- Participates in patient-centric initiatives relative to strategic planning and operational aspects of enrollment.
- Assists with feasibility assessments.
- Builds relationships with external vendors to leverage those relationships and contracts to drive patient enrollment targets for successful delivery of projects.

Takes an interest in and researches new patient recruitment techniques and industry trends, bringing learning to the team for potential implementation.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education & Experience:-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5-10 years' experience in the Patient Recruitment, CRO or Pharma/Biotech industry in a patient recruitment role.
- Strong track record of delivering against patient recruitment targets

Knowledge of data-driven recruitment approaches preferred
-
Strong experience in tactic-based management of central patient recruitment; Partner, Social, Search, Print, Direct Mail, and others.
- Working knowledge of IRB submission and approval processes.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, managing and economics of patient recruitment vendors.
- Working knowledge of clinical research patient recruitment advertising and marketing campaigns, KPI’s and geographic targeting.
- Strong experience in patient database management and screener technology.
- Strong experience and knowledge in analyzing data and producing reports.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily remotely. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.

Amount of Travel Required: 5%
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
