Overview:
ALOCS is seeking a talented and results-driven Ad Manager to join our team, preferably with agency experience but not required. As an Ad Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions by leveraging your expertise in digital advertising and data analysis.
Duties:
Develop, execute, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and providing insights.
- Oversee and allocate the advertising budget effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and copy.
- Utilize targeting and segmentation strategies to reach the desired audience.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with analytics/tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and building custom analytics reports in ad platforms.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points across all internal management levels.
- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to data integrity.
- Multi-Tasking: Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and respond with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional business environment.
-Interaction: Ability to interface with team members, patiently explaining and discussing metrics, campaign performance, and data-driven strategies.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
