Founded in 2000, Pacific Air Cargo (PAC) provides exclusive Boeing 747 express air services between Los Angeles and Honolulu, with onward connections to Hawaii’s neighbor islands, and weekly services to Pago Pago, American Samoa, and Guam. Pacific Air Cargo CEO, Tanja Janfruechte and her professional, friendly team have had a long and well-respected history of reliable, on-time service to the air freight markets in Hawaii, the United States mainland, and throughout the Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices and strategies
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of stock market operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in math for handling financial transactions
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
