Your Role:
As our Human Resources Leader, you'll be the backbone of our HR department, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across various HR functions. From recruitment to employee relations, benefits administration to safety compliance, you'll be instrumental in driving our HR initiatives forward.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the charge in all HR related matters in a fast-paced distribution center environment ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Champion our commitment to compliance by staying abreast of employment laws and regulations.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with temporary agencies, ensuring our staffing needs are met with top talent.
- Mentor and develop our HR team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee issues and drive positive outcomes.
- Spearhead special projects and initiatives to enhance our HR processes and programs.
What You'll Bring:
- Superior communication skills that foster inclusion, engagement and are results-oriented. Speaking Spanish is always a plus.
- A Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with PHR Certification provides the skills and knowledge that often lead to success.
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience.
- A knack for problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel as needed.
