We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create visually appealing designs for signage, flyers, mailers, website graphics, digital ads, vehicle wraps, in-store signage, catalog layouts, etc.
- Produce digital campaigns and ads, and website brand assets.
- Work closely with others to produce materials for marketing events and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs maintain the company's brand identity and values.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with project management tools like Trello and methodologies such as Kanban.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Handle miscellaneous special graphics projects as needed.
- Develop positive work relationships with others. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information.
- Transform abstract concepts from creative meetings with cross-functional teams into innovative and effective designs that align with our brand.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio, showcasing a variety of products.
- Possess a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and load up to 30 pounds.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proven history of reliable and dependable employment.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
- Basic understanding of the marketing landscape and experience designing with the intention of driving consumer action, whether for social media campaigns, internet marketing funnels, or other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with After Effects and web design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing for e-commerce platforms, understanding user journeys, and optimizing design for conversions.
- Experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in creating motion graphics and animations to enhance digital campaigns and video content.
- Understanding of design accessibility standards to create inclusive and user-friendly designs for all audiences.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, in-person position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
