iCode Campus Director Position Overview
The Campus Director is responsible for the daily activities of the iCode School. The Director must possess a demonstrated ability to pitch company programs, sell, close and meet or exceed the enrollment goals set forth by the company. This individual is also responsible for establishing off campus relationships with local schools and businesses to increase brand awareness and revenue through establishing partnership opportunities, including after-school programs, iCode Scholarship programs, iCode presentations and participation in key events. The Director is accountable to ensure the school is staffed with competent instructors, overseeing the ongoing training participation and ensuring company protocol is followed as it relates to student management and communication to the parents. The Director will ensure the company’s CRM is kept up to date and effectively manage all operational procedures, financial budgets and payroll processing. The Director will be expected to maintain impeccable housekeeping and organizational standards at the facility and in all classrooms on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting or Exceeding student enrollment goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Hiring and training competent staff, including the Assistant Director and all Class Instructors.
- Proper scheduling of all classes and staff.
- Establishing partnerships with public/private schools and local businesses.
- Coordinating and participation in off campus events.
- Establishing After-School programs with local schools.
- Promoting participation of the iCode Scholarship program to local schools.
- Promoting and Coordinating all aspects of the monthly Friday Social Event at the iCode campus.
- Implementing all company procedures for increasing student enrollments and retention.
- Effective management of all company operational procedures, including expense control, inventory management and payroll processing.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of the company’s database and CRM systems.
- Maintaining impeccable school and classroom conditions to company standards at all time.
Qualifications
- Strong selling skills and ability to close enrollment transactions.
- Outgoing personality and skilled at developing business relationships at all levels, including with students, parents, instructors, local schools and businesses.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to use Agile thinking to develop sustainable solutions to challenges.
- Extremely strong work ethic with no restrictions on time availability.

Work Schedule
Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
