Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients homes. This is a part time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
-HAND TOOLS: (Drill, screw drivers, wrenches, etc.)
-TRANSPORTATION (Truck, SUV, van, big car)
-Pass background check
-Painting experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot some carpentry, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts
- Install new equipment or systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with GPS and email
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals if need be
- Basic leadership skills, self driven
- Painting, Plumbing, Electrical and framing experience is a plus
