Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator will maintain full account support for an aviation client organization located in a satellite office within that client’s facility. This position is responsible for providing full-spectrum service that ensures overall client satisfaction. This contributor will be a highly driven, meticulously organized, self-starting, and conscientious team player who is well-versed in customer relations and thinking ahead in the interest of success and efficiency.

- Reports to – Director of Private Travel & Special Projects
Tasks
- Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned customer accounts.
- Conduct data entry and order processing for all fulfillment and product needs as presented by client.
- Maintain proficiency with company systems, including, but not limited to, Admin, Netsuite, NuOrder, and Office365.
- Oversee client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Research and report updates on order status to clients timely.
- Build rapport with client and effectively develop strong relations and trust.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an expeditious manner and escalate necessary communications to the leadership team.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of account status to identify potential opportunities or issues.
- Provide routine client reporting on weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis.
- Review all major deliverables (i.e. client presentations, client pricing, catalogs, samples, etc.) to ensure accuracy, quality standards, margin requirements and client expectations are met.
- Responsible for all aspects of receiving, storage, and installation of Dahlgren Duck (DD) products into client aircrafts.
- Maintain real-time inventory of all DD stock at Savannah facility.
- Assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivables and purchase order funding.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication to remote colleagues and management, providing regular input on all account activity, including client forecast, growth opportunities and client issues.
- Maintain satellite office, including but not limited to, cleanliness, polishing, rotating items on display, and other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Account Management or Customer Relations Experience
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment facility a plus
- Undergraduate degree
Work Conditions
- Work hours : 8AM – 5PM EST Monday thru Friday (but puts in the extra hours when needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
