The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service on the phone, through email, chat, and social media to current and future Fromm consumers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Discuss with customers appropriate pet food based on the age, size, and health of the pet.
· Provide product information on various Fromm Pet Food offerings to customers.
· Respond to emails and take phone calls professionally and personally.
· Collaborate with the team to deliver complete answers quickly and efficiently to customers.
· Proper documentation of all calls, emails, inbound mail, and chats. Documentation of the history of the CSR action with the customer.
· Able to work through situations and achieve resolutions with customers.
· Ownership of assigned tasks, seek assistance and guidance when necessary.
Qualifications / Skills
· Experience guiding pet owners on food recommendations based on the pet and or nutritional needs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High degree of organization with an attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
· Strong general computer skills including excel, Word, email, Microsoft Office package, social media, search engine usage, and web browsers.
· Spreadsheet proficiency.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Friendly and personable personality that is responsible and accountable.
· Dedication to service--helping customers and their pets.
· Willingness to learn new skills and information.
Education and/or Experience
· In-depth pet food knowledge/animal nutrition.
· Two years of customer service experience/call center experience.
· Professional pet, veterinary clinic and/or medical experience is helpful.
Additional Information
· 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday, at Fromm Headquarters in Mequon, WI.

This position is in a general office environment and is located in a temperature-controlled office to include A/C and heat.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
