Essential Functions of this role:
The role of the Reiser Customer Center Demonstrator II is that of a Sales partner in the customer relationship, providing equipment and product solutions for all Customer needs. They will be a support liaison between our Customer and Sales, Service, Engineering, and Development departments.
They will assist in the Customer Experience by being a resource to daily visiting customers and throughout the business relationship. Setting up and supporting the customer center mission by demonstrating the equipment to make products that the customer wants and needs.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
· Represent Reiser in a professional way via appearance, knowledge, and attitude
· Demonstrate the full range and extended usage of Reiser equipment
· Educate the Customer in Equipment operation, troubleshooting and capabilities
· Product and culinary resource for feedback and continuous improvement
· Operate in a food manufacturing plant setting with appropriate protocols
· Create daily report data to include photos, video, and equipment settings
· Provide rigid documentation for clients to replicate Demonstration success
· Participate in meetings and conference calls with sales staff and customers
· Assist with seminars, conferences, and events to further customer knowledge
· Skills upkeep via continuous education – classes, travel, and seminars
· High Customer interaction level to assist in current and or future equipment sales
· Technical and culinary resource for sales team to help maintain customer satisfaction
· Bachelor’s degree in food science or technical and or equivalent work experience
· Strong proficiency with technical data; software, manuals, and applications
· Excellent customer facing skills
· Excellent written, verbal and platforms skills
· Strong time management
· Experience in the meat, sausage and bakery industries preferred
· Customer interfacing in an R&D/Plant type setting
· Food related equipment setup and demonstration
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in food science or technical and or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
· Strong proficiency with technical data; software, manuals, and applications
· Excellent customer facing skills

· Strong time management
