The Clinical Supervisor will provide program management and oversight for designated staff. Duties involved individual and group clinical supervision in accordance with Board of Behavioral Science (BBS)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM to 5PM PST
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Exercise a high degree of independent judgment in the supervision of the day-to-day team operations to provide quality care and client service coordination through effective case management and staff coverage
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of therapists, including AMFT, ACSW, and APCC staff members
- Reviewing and approving clinical documentation, monitoring programs for compliance, as well as assisting in program development
- Conduct ongoing training of therapists
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Develop treatment plans and interventions for clients
- Monitor and improve agency operations by ensuring adequate staffing and provides clients' easy access to treatment services.
- Lead and guide during crisis and emergency situations.
- Maintain established performance and conduct standards in accordance with agency and organizational expectations.
- Prepare a variety of reports and records for both administrative and professional purposes.
- Participate in quality assurance, quality improvement and utilization review activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possesses an active license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and individual/group counseling techniques
- Strong people skills
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must!
- Ability and willingness to work from home
- Must have proper equipment before starting (ie., computer, webcam, & high-speed internet
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- KIPU experience preferred
- Training and certification in Evidence-Based Practice Models
- SUD counseling experience preferred
- At least 2 years’ post-licensure with related supervisory experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
