Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the organization's human capital management functions, including recruitment, employee relations and policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources principles, be proficient in HR systems, payroll and benefits processing and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structures.
- Manage the recruitment process and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Health, medical and retirement benefits coordination.
- Provide support for employee relations.
- Processing of payroll including prevailing wage certified payroll and benefits administration.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Tracking of all licenses, medical cards and all applicable job licenses.
- Assist in the administration of employee contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or course certification required.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a coordinator or specialist.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
