**Job Summary:**
Immediate Opening: Lateral Associate Litigation Position
An AmLaw 200 firm seeks a 2 - 5 year Litigation Associate to represent cities, counties, police districts, fire authorities, K-12 school districts, other public agencies, and special districts in state and federal courts, handle litigation matters before administrative agencies, and participate in arbitration. Representative matters will involve public agency legislative and regulatory issues that are occasionally the subject of high-profile media coverage and may influence legislation and establish precedents for regulatory guidance.
You will work directly with clients to provide counsel, take ownership of cases, develop relationships, conduct workplace training, and build your practice.

Compensation and Benefits
They offer a complete, competitive compensation package based on a 1900 annual billable hour expectation and a hybrid flexible schedule. Salary includes full benefits, including an excellent matching 401(K) with profit sharing, a monthly-paid hours bonus, and a year-end bonus. The base dollar range is based on years of practice, experience level, and skill set.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
