Job Description:
JadaPay is a credit card processing company based out of Corydon, IN. As a customer service representative within JadaPay, keeping our customers happy is our highest priority. We are looking for a positive, personable, and enthusiastic person who can help us deliver the highest level of customer service and operational effectiveness. Someone with great attention to detail, active listening, and problem solving skills is what we are looking for.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
- Take calls and emails when they come in and answer them in a timely manner
- Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem solving
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Answer questions about products and services
- Manage the intake of new applications and review all required documentation for accuracy
- Accurately process and submit documentation
- Keep accurate records and be able to navigate through a CRM
- Some data entry
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Miscellaneous responsibilities and administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager
- Take initiative and strive to make a noticeable contribution to the company
- Meet short and long term goals
- This is a hybrid role and it will require some dual responsibilities on the technical side
