Job Description: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Contract Duration: August 14th, 2024 May 22nd, 2025
Location: Illinois (specific buildings assigned by need and experience)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Grade Levels: K 12 (serving two buildings)
Caseload: Under 40 students

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across two assigned buildings.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licenses for Speech-Language Pathology.
- State clearances required to work in a school setting.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
