THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader to set and achieve high standards at FDR Services Corp. The company is seeking a dedicated Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to effectively manage mechanical and physical aspects of the industrial plant facilities including process improvement, equipment use, utility management, purchasing, and management of overall engineering and maintenance teams in multiple locations. This position reports directly to the President and Vice President of the company.
Compensation begins at $150,000 per year PLUS benefits and bonus opportunities.
Travel will be required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Oversee all mechanical and physical aspects of the industrial plant facilities.
· Work with the corporate management team to evaluate and establish budgetary goals and objectives focused on process improvement, responsible equipment use, utility management and purchasing.
· Establish a team and lead an effort using work assignments and clear objectives to ensure cohesion between the engineering and production departments, focusing on quality and efficiency standards.
· Design, Implement, Coordinate, and Communicate an effective multi-location schedule, maximizing facility time, accomplishments, while minimizing travel time.
· Establish and maintain an effective PM schedule to ensure the plant machinery runs consistently according to the manufacturer’s specifications, utilizing the most cost-effective approaches, and providing maximum up time performance per machine.
· Capital Expenditure planning, review process, and upon approvals, coordination and implementation of projects.
· Work in conjunction with other departments to establish and implement safety measures and any required safety certifications.
· Other projects and assignments as instructed by the President or the VP.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Maintenance and engineering experience with specific knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and boiler applications
- Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools
- Must be a self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, motivation, and internal drive
