Job Summary:
Car Rental Support Agent/Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving shuttle and supporting vehicle check out and check in, issuing vehicles, processing vehicle returns using designated software, inspecting vehicles for damage, recording damage and charging fees as needed.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Safely operate and drive the shuttle vehicle following a scheduled route
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members
- Process vehicle returns, inspect vehicles
- Assist with vehicle cleaning as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members
Experience:
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, minimum 2 years licensed driving
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.28 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
