THE JOB:
As an Assistant Chef for Banquets and Conventions, you will work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare and execute large-scale catering events. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and their guests.
THE DAY TO DAY:

Maintain quality and proper presentation of food

Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly

Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
-
Oversee all food quality and food safety for our convention/banquet guests.
A GREAT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement

Computer literacy skills

BEO Knowledge

Previous events knowledge

Currently has a ServSafe Certifcate
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience

2+ Years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume setting

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
