The Housekeeper will be responsible for the cleanliness of guest and public areas of the hotel in adherence to franchise and corporate policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for cleaning corridors, elevators, guest areas, service areas, linen closets, etc.
Responsible for filling all chemical dispensers for the Housekeeping Department.
Responsible for assisting Room Attendants.
Must posses a knowledge of all Housekeeping equipment and maintenance of carpet care and
floor surfaces.
Responsible for the removal of trash. Vacuums corridors and public areas.
Keeps all linen closets stocked and maintained.
Responsible for stocking housekeeping carts for the room attendants.
May assist in cleaning rooms and performing laundry functions as business may demand.
Must wear required uniforms. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
