We are seeking an Insurance Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $21 per hour, along with bonus opportunities. Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Generate referrals and engage in networking activities.

Schedule appointments for clients and team members.

Answer phones and pass leads to the appropriate team members.

Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements

Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).

No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.

Prior service experience; insurance license is a plus but not required.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
