GENERAL SUMMARY: To serve food & beverage in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Servers are to guide all guests on their best possible experience. Demonstrating a full knowledge of your restaurant and a genuine passion for service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates and fosters a positive environment at all times
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times
- Knowledge of reservation, phone and POS system(s)
- Adhere to the expectations of the secret shopper criteria
- Take food and drink orders promptly
- A full knowledge of all menu items both food and drink.
- Able to take any Guest on a tour of what we are and what we have to offer
- Assist in maintaining and clearing tables during dining experience
- Assist in host, bus, and runner tasks, it is all of our jobs to get the job done
- Constant communication with the team and MOD
- Understands when to ask for help, within the team
- Handling and communicating guest special needs or requests
- Knowledge of guest dietary restrictions and preferences
- Knowledge of hours of operation, entertainment schedules, restaurant address /phone number
- Adheres to all safe cash handling procedures/payments
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management team
