We are seeking Skilled Nursing for Home Health Care to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmen
- Assist in the sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies
- Perform catheterization, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required
- Provide care for patients in critical care settings, including monitoring their condition and administering necessary interventions
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic)
- Experience in conducting physical examinations and assessing patient conditions
- Knowledge of administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Ability to perform vital sign measurements accurately
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques for medical equipment
- Experience working in critical care settings, providing specialized care to patients with complex needs
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and protocols

- Full Time Position = $3000.00
- Part Time Position = $1500.00
- You will receive 50% at the completion of six months employment and the remaining 50% at the completion of one year employment.
