Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas such as social work, mentoring, and workforce development. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews to assess individual needs and goals
- Develop and implement personalized training programs
- Recruit and train individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide guidance and support to individuals with autism in a professional setting
- Mentor individuals on social skills and workplace behavior
- Assist in workforce development initiatives
- Offer addiction counseling support as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and workforce development practices
- Strong understanding of addiction counseling principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
