Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide bookkeeping/ office support, handle office tasks efficiently, assist will all bookkeeping duties including payroll, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and data entry
- Assist in project coordination and manage office documentation
- Transcribe notes and proofread documents for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Quick books and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
