Position Overview: The Program Associate will support the build and BlueBin's inventory two-bin system within healthcare setting. This is ideal for someone looking to learn about supply chain processes, healthcare systems, and lean principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, a team player and possess strong communication skills.

- Rack Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install racks and hardware accurately according to SOPs.
- Labeling and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
- System Implementation and Support: Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
- Support and Maintenance: Participate in monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs for replenishment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teammates and support a cooperative work environment. Communicate effectively, providing relevant and timely information to teammates.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time, crouch, push/pull, and lift up to 35lbs
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work non-peak hours for Go-Live Implementation, as needed.
