Summary:
The Engagement Consultant reporting directly into the Director of Engagement is responsible for assisting the Engagement & Education Practice in driving business growth and retention through deploying innovative population health, wellbeing and communication solutions. The ideal candidate brings industry experience and a passion for developing client solutions and field enablement resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Drive Growth and Retention (25%)

Provides strategic consulting for key clients, which includes creating a customized Engagement & Education strategy, establishing short- and long-term goals, identifying health risk and cost savings opportunities, utilizing a multi-channel communications approach to increase employee engagement, and measuring success

Drives cross-sell opportunities through client meetings, dissemination of best practices and proprietary materials

Coordinates with local Engagement & Education teams and client service teams as appropriate for discovery, prospect and existing business meetings

Tracks strategic activities in D365

Helps to spearhead Employee Value Perception Study Work through client meetings and training opportunities
Operations (30%)

Assists the Director of Engagement in coordinating operational efforts with the operations team

Manages National Practice Inbox for Go To Market inquiries

Manages annual review of RFP response library and identifies opportunities for enhancements

Promotes implementation of department initiatives and resources internally

Drives visibility for department initiatives and resources externally

Creates intellectual property, resources, and materials for department enablement
Thought Leadership (25%)

Crafts client and prospect facing materials as appropriate

Collaborates interdepartmentally with marketing, training and development, analytics, and IT for departmental initiatives

Assists in evolving annual evolution and review of Go To Market strategy

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Industry experience in both the communications and wellbeing space

Any industry certifications (Certified Health Educator, WELCOA certified) a plus

Ability to analyze, interpret data, and provide insights

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal skills

Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred Communications, Public Health, Sports Medicine, Healthcare Administration,

3 years of relevant industry experience

Base Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
