Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be crucial in providing applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans and the assessment and evaluation of patient progress.
Duties:
- Once per week, supervise in-home clients (Remote)
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc). BCBA Preference
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is required
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of particular education practices and regulations is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical record documentation

25 Billable hours per week BCBA will be eligible on Salary Between $70K-$90K
