Responsibilities for Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Carry out the daily responsibilities of bookkeeper (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll through payroll company, etc.), company work data tracking and analysis, receptionist, and human resource manager.
Requirements for Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeper
1) Minimum three years of professional bookkeeping experience
PREFERRED:
2) Minimum 4 year accredited college program in Accounting or similar

Additional skills that will aid in superior job performance include:
- Advanced Quickbooks and Excel abilities
- Advanced accounting acumen with abilities to not just process but also analyze and understand financial data and production systems

- A drive to learn and apply gained knowledge in resourceful ways

Compensation for Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeper
$20/hr or more (based on experience). This position is currently a part time position requiring 30 hours per week. Benefits include flexible work schedule, year round employment, education and certification opportunities, paid holidays, and other benefits.
