We are looking for competitive insurance agents to generate new business by contacting potential customers. Internet leads provided daily. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.
Base pay plus commission 10% paid twice monthly (Example $2000 policy sold =$200 in commission) No Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from internet leads provided daily, making mortgage loan officer contacts, marketing etc.
- Evaluate individual customers’ needs for Property & Casualty insurance plans that meet their criteria
- Meet bi-monthly/monthly/quarterly goals
- Make 80+ calls daily-internet leads provided
- Maintain follow-up calls with protentional clients
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Skills
- P & C licensed required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team Player and proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- 2+ years Experience in insurance Sells/Customer Service required
- High school or BS degree
- No Felonies (licensing purposes)
