Key Requirements:
- Expert level Knowledge of Sales Dynamics: You should have a robust grasp of successful sales strategies and roles.
- Relationship Building: A demonstrated ability to forge, maintain and nurture long-term sales relationships is crucial.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales
Prior experience in waste or recycling industry operations is desirable, but not required
- Location: This role is in office based in Denver, requiring approximately 25% travel.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct Business Development Efforts: Play a pivotal role in expanding a groundbreaking brand within the industry.
- Generate and Qualify Leads:
- Utilize industry contacts and networks to
- Identify new leads
- Engage in and oversee outbound calling
- Utilize Email sequencing to nurture cold leads
- Develop warm leads provided by our marketing team
- Manage Sales Process: Efficiently manage leads through a structured sales process, from qualification to closure. Ensuring a focus on building sustainable relationships is a must.
- Develop Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our software products to independently conduct product demonstrations during the sales cycle.
- Manage Pipeline: Strategically manage your sales pipeline to achieve and exceed set goals.
- Close Deals: Negotiate and close contracts for subscription agreements.
- Manage Customer Relationship: Foster ongoing relationships with clients from closure through implementation, supporting ongoing success and collaboration with customer support and customer success teams.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Proficiency in identifying and nurturing qualified leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a competitive spirit, driven to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- Excellent communication skills: speaking, writing and listening
- Excellent consultative sales skills in defining and analyzing needs and presenting solutions
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive base salary complemented by a significant commission structure.
- Full-time position.
- Starting salary from $65,000.00 annually, plus significant commission opportunities.
