**Patient Coordinator**
**Overview:**
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and providing exceptional customer service in a medical office setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations within the medi spa office.
Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, process necessary paperwork
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and securely
- Utilize medical office systems for administrative tasks
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical team
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding services
- Utilize software for scheduling and record-keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, back room, IV room, bathroom.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of medical spa receptionist duties
- Familiarity with patient service protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
