1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) department across two locations: Lockwood and Lathrop. This role involves assisting customer service with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) returns, supporting the Material Test Report (MTR) department, monitoring QC inspections in CNC operations, and overseeing the Expedited Order Shop (EO Shop). The supervisor will manage a team of up to six employees, collaborate with the Document Control department, resolve nonconformances using the Westbrook Nonconformance process, and provide training and troubleshooting as needed.
Specific responsibilities may include:
· Assist customer service with processing and managing RMA returns to ensure timely and efficient handling.
· Collaborate with the MTR department to ensure accurate and compliant documentation of material testing and certification.
· Daily QC Inspection Monitoring:
· Oversee and monitor daily QC inspections in CNC operations and EO Shop to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
· Employee Management:
· Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of up to six QC employees, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
· Document Control Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Document Control department to maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records.
· Nonconformance Resolution:
· Identify and resolve nonconformances using the Westbrook Nonconformance process, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
· Training and Development:
· Provide training for QC personnel on inspection processes, quality standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
· Issue Troubleshooting:
· Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement in QC operations.
· Location Responsibility:
· Ensure quality control compliance and operations at both Lockwood and Lathrop locations.

2.0 REQUIREMENTS
2.1 EDUCATION AND TRAINING
· High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
2.2 EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Previous supervisory experience is required.
2.3 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Proficient in quality control processes and standards.
· Familiarity with CNC operations and documentation control.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2.4 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
