With over 35 years experience and top quality customer service you will feel comfortable knowing that you're selling an amazing product with state of the art technology and service to back it.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years outside sales and or management experience who will be able to close deals daily. You will be meeting with homeowners who are in the market for water filtration and have requested a free in-home consultation. We will provide you with 2-5 appointments per day with motivated buyer's that have already shown an interest in our product. These homeowners have already been pre-screened by our inside sales team and are ready to buy! All you need to do is show them the value in our products and services and close the deal! Company wide we have over a 50% average closing ratio. These leads are HOT!!!
We are a 5 star rated company on Yelp in all our states! Therefore it is imperative that you maintain a professional, friendly attitude with at all times, and make customer service your top priority.
Requirements:
- 5 Years outside sales experience.

-Draw + Commissions (Our lowest paid sales rep makes over $75k year) and overrides!!

Position Overview:

- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
