Duties
We are a high-performance real estate investment team on the lookout for a full-time real estate property consultant - acquisitions specialist. You’ll underwrite, prepare, and close off-market real estate deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our property consultants needs to perform at their best. This contracted position offers great potential for income, but more importantly, growth, within the company as we scale. This contracted position offers a base pay plus commission structure.
Responsibilities
-Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
-Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
-Meet daily, weekly, monthly KPI's and properly manage company CRM.
-Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Qualifications
- Must have previous sales experience in a real estate wholesale company (1+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of real estate wholesale principles (creative finance a plus)
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proven track record of ability to negotiate contracts
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be Coachable
