National Fulfillment Services, located in Aston PA is seeking Contact Center Representatives to join our team. Incumbents must have a flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends. Ideal candidates will possess previous Contact/ Call Center experience as well as Customer Service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering communication from consumers with the objective of:

Creating new orders, providing order information

Providing product information and answering questions

Creating RMA’s
-
Conducting proactive & timely consumer follow-up

Acts as the voice of the product to the consumer and the voice of the customer to the company

Identify how products meet consumer needs and create value for the consumer

Ensure clear and coherent product messages across all marketing platforms

Make sure consumers are aware of resources available for learning about products

Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders

Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels; phone, email, chat

Be a goodwill ambassador for the company and our customer wth courteous treatment of all consumers

Provide email support to customers; build email template library

Demonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & procedures

Assumes additional related responsibilities as required
