Position Title: Operations Coordinator - Loading
Department: Operations
Position reports to: Warehouse Manager
Primary purpose and function of position: Responsible for verifying inventories by counting, tracking and observing the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Support all other inventory and warehouse operations as needed. (Shift is Sunday Through Friday 9:30pm – 6:00am)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Count pallet builds and record to verify and insure trucks are loaded accurately

Count and record all truck inventories to verify and insure product returns for accuracy

Assist with year-end physical inventory counts on all products in warehouse
- Assist in truck loading and completion of daily load sheets

Daily warehouse product location verification (pick path and racks)
- Supervise warehouse personnel to insure appropriate productivity and efficiency levels are maintained

Prepare delivery tickets and settlement sheets for drivers

Secure facility and oversee any security related issues
- Verify warehouse personnel are following proper stock rotation policies

Ensure all safety processes and procedures are being followed and enforced

Comply with all Wholesaler Equity Agreement requirements, Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies

Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations

Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED certificate required
-
Operations experience preferred; labor relations experience a plus

Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery procedures

Knowledge of the VIP Route Accounting System a plus

Ability to pass a required pre-employment background and drug screening
