Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to drive foot traffic and increase revenue
- Plan and coordinate all brewery events, including beer tastings, tours, craft fairs, and special promotions
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote events and attract attendees
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure events are executed within budget
- Collaborate with the brewery team to create unique and engaging event experiences for customers
- Oversee event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and staffing requirements.
- Monitor event performance and collect feedback to continually improve and enhance future events
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations during events.
Details: This dynamic role develops and oversees our private events programs for our two locations and local community events. This is a full-time hybrid position, with weekend availability as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Commission - 2%-5% of gross private event revenue, depending on experience

Qualifications for this role may include a bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field, along with experience in event planning and management. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for success in this role. A passion for craft beer and knowledge of the brewing industry can be an added advantage, and prior private event experience, including food, is required.
