PA/APRN Provider Job Description (Monday - Friday)
Directly responsible for daily patient care and staff supervision. Ensures professional operation of clinic with moderate complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for independent management of the clinic, in accordance with clinic initiatives: Patient Satisfaction, Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Reports directly to President and receives communication and scheduling from Director of Operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Cohesive 3-person team. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Perform basic preventative wellness exams at on -site clinic at various employee wellness events
Basic Throat, Eyes and Ears Extremities, Musculoskeletal, Skin,
Review blood pressure. Discuss health risk if elevated.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Displays a caring and responsive attitude and conducts all activities respecting patient, family and employee rights and expectations
· Daily review of patient results in company lab portal and resolve within 12 hours of posting
· Fosters a positive and professional clinic environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner and by participating as a team member
· Diffuses/resolves conflict by appropriately communication with those involved
· Participates and establishing consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the staff
· Develop relationships with key contact clients
· Preform Telemedicine Calls as needed
·Available to work Monday - Friday hours vary based on our clients’ schedules
