Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality management and a strong background in inventory control, cash handling, and kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions and financial reporting
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Coordinate catering events and manage food safety standards
- Monitor kitchen operations and collaborate with cooks to ensure quality food production
Skills:
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong inventory control skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to conduct interviews and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Experience in catering operations is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen management
