Job Summary:

Answers incoming calls and responds to customer emails

Calls to get customer's feedbacks regarding company's services

Ability to handle multi-line phone system

Exhibits strong knowledge of Total Med’s services and products

Provide product and service information to customers

Schedule patients for their services and treatments
-
Ability to build value-based relationships, trust and gain the confidence of existing and potential patients

Able to respond to practice-oriented questions and/or route calls accordingly

Relies on clinical support staff to recommend appropriate treatment alternatives to a patient

Other duties as requested
Education and Qualifications:
-
1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a med spa, nutrition, health & wellness, fitness or supplement organization is preferred

Strong organization, analysis and communication skills

Ability to open conversations, answer questions and successfully set appointments

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions

Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Hours: Full-time position, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Hourly base pay plus a commission plan
