Job Summary
Toupin Construction is looking for a Kitchen & Bath Designer with estimating skills and experience in the remodel construction industry. We're looking for a passionate Kitchen & Bath Designer to support our Senior Designer, Project Manager and play a critical role in bringing our project visions to life. This position offers a path toward becoming a Project Manager or Senior Designer should there be an interest to grow.

Experience in remodeling construction as an Estimator, Designer or in Sales in any of the following areas of Home Remodeling please contact us. We are looking for applicants with experience in one or more of the following skills:
· Kitchen and Bath Design with 20/20 experience
· Kitchen and Bath Sales
· Interior and Exterior Paint knowledge
· Window Replacement knowledge
· Carpet or Hard surface flooring knowledge
· Interior Doors, Casing, Baseboards and Crown knowledge
· Lighting Selection experience
· Finished Plumbing selection experience
· Decking or Fencing Design Experience Additional Skills Needed
· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Daily Activities
· Schedule and coordinate calls and emails with prospective clients and existing ones
· Assist and educate customers with their kitchen/bathroom/closet remodeling needs
· Speak to clients about our product features and differentiators compared with other brands and confidently answer questions they might have
· Create, modify, and refine designs to conform to client’s specifications, production limitations, and changes in design trends and take projects from start to completion
· Implement layout design, understand color combinations, suggest recommendations and reconfiguration options
· Coordinate client quotations from start to finish; Recommend changes in products, or design by evaluating client feedback
· Provide support for materials and color selections.
· Communicate professionally with the Team and customers in a respectful, tactful, and concise manner
· Keep management informed of weekly activity and progress by maintaining reports.
· Assist in ordering materials and verifying all received orders and working with the Construction Crew to coordinate deliveries
Compensation and Benefits
· Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour; depends on experience
