Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to read shop drawings and architectural prints
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a timely manner
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in the moment
- Understanding of cabinet and furniture construction techniques
- Knowledge of how to safely use all shop tooling and machinery, including a forklift
- Physically capable of lifting and working with lumber and resources
- Valid driver’s license

- A firm knowledge of wood characteristics and proper gluing techniques
- Excellent understanding of proper surface preparation and sanding techniques
- Ability to read detailed architectural blueprints and shop/fabrication drawings
- Extensive knowledge of shapers, table saws, routers, up-cut saws, jointers, etc. including how to safely and correctly set the machines up
- Experience with veneers, stains and finishing
Compensation Based on Experience

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
