GC Solar is looking for a SALES ADMINISTRATOR to play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
o Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
o Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
3. Sales Reporting:
o Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports for management.
4. Administrative Tasks:
o Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for the sales team.
o Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the sales team.
o Maintain organized sales records and files.
5. Coordination and Communication:
o Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service).
o Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with other stakeholders.
o Organize and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
6. Sales Process Improvement:
o Identify and implement improvements to the sales process and administrative procedures.
o Assist in the development and maintenance of sales policies and procedures.
o Provide training and support to new sales team members on administrative processes.
7. Inventory and Supply Management:
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
o Manage the distribution of sales materials, samples, and promotional items.
8. Documentation and Compliance:
o Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales information and data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
