Who are we looking for?
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team in the real estate sector, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Your role is crucial in enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing their own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks for the team’s business continue to be completed to a high standard with maximum efficiency.
What will you do?

- Back Office Support: Build, implement, and manage office systems, database management, and information management.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies inventory, order new supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Errand Running: Handle various personal and professional errands for executives, such as picking up supplies, deliveries, or coordinating services.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management outside the office
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Task Coordination: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Support Activities: Provide administrative support during meetings, including note taking and distributing follow-up action items.

- 1–3 years of service and management experience

Compensation
- Salary range $45K-$49K
- Parking space
- Two-weeks paid vacation at mutually agreed upon time frame (10 Days)
